8	DAR Good Citizens Program & Scholarship Essay Contest	Open to seniors. Must have the following qualities: Dependability, Service, Leadership, and Patriotism. One senior will be selected to participate in the essay contest. The essay must be written in the presence of a faculty or DAR member within a two-hour time limit. It is to be no longer than 500 words, and be handwritten in ink or ballpoint pen. The title of the essay will be announced at the actual time of writing. Reference material may not be used. Two letters of recommendation will be required as well. 23	State of Wisconsin Indian Student Assistance Grant	Awards under this program are made to Wisconsin residents who are at least 25% Native American and are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in degree or certificate programs at University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, Independent Colleges and Universities or Proprietary Institutions based in Wisconsin. Awards are based on financial need with a limit of ten semesters of eligibility.	$250 - $1,100 per year for up to ten semesters
24	Minnesota-Wisconsin Reciprocity Program	The Minnesota-Wisconsin Reciprocity Program provides tuition reciprocity for Wisconsin residents who enroll in an eligible Minnesota public institution program on a space available basis.
